log(x-1)=2
I know this should be very easy but cant think of how to go about it. If any result is posted, I would appreciate an explanation of the steps.
The above log signifies base-10 log. Therefore,
becomes:

------ Converting from LOGARITHMIC to EXPONENTIAL FORM
x - 1 = 100
x = 100 + 1, or
