just fractions only.



Put a 1 under the X so that everything will be a fraction:



Cross-multiply:

expr%281%2F5%29%2Aexpr%28X%2F1%29%22%22=%22%22expr%281%2F4%29%2Aexpr%281%2F4%29

X%2F5%22%22=%22%221%2F16

Cross-multiply again:

16X%22%22=%22%225

Divide both sides by 16

X%22%22=%22%225%2F16
