You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Set c = the speed of the current
Set d = distance traveled
(6 + c)*(1hr12min)= d
(6 - c)*(1hr48min)=d
***********
(6 + c)*(72min)= d
(6 - c)*(108min)= d
So (6 + c)*(72)= (6 - c)*(108)
432 + 72c = 648 - 108c
add 108c to each side
432 + 180c = 648
add -432 to each side
180c = 216
divide 180 by each side
c = 216/180
c = 1.2 mph
