(Kevin, buys a basket of kiwi fruit for $17 before tax. Tax is 19%, how much is the kiwi fruit after tax.)
So, basically what my question is, is what do you have to multiply,add, subtrat, or divide to get this answer! please help!!!!

The tax @ 19% on $17 is:
+.19%2A17+=+3.23+
Now add the price before tax and the tax:
+17%2B+3.23+=+20.23+
$20.23
