r1 * 15 = 10
r1 = 10/15 = 2/3 km per minute
let r2 be Harry's rate
r2 * 20 = 10
r2 = 10/20 = 1/2 km per minute
therefore
Miguel can run 2/3 * 5 = 3.33 km
Harry can run 1/2 * 5 = 2.5 km
