If 1%2F3 acre was destroyed, then 20.25 - .33 = 19.92 acres remaining.
Or did you perhaps mean that 1%2F3 *of* the acres was destroyed?
In that case 1%2F3 * 81%2F4 = 63%2F4 acres destroyed, leaving 131%2F2 acres remaining untouched by fire.
