Note that (3x+4) is one factor of 15x^2 -x -28, the other factor will the other side of the rectangle. Also note that the area of a rectangle = length * width
therefore
(3x+4)*(5x-7) = 15x^2 -x -28
thus
5x-7 is the expression for the other side of the rectangle
