Question 889162: How would you calculate number of cells in a human body given that volume of a cell is 1000 micron? Found 2 solutions by Alan3354, solver91311:Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source):
Your question makes no sense. A micron is a unit of linear measure. You cannot measure volume using units of linear measure. Hence the statement: "the volume of a cell is 1000 microns" is nonsense. You also need to specify which particular human body. The number of cells in a newborn infant compared to one of the subjects on the reality TV show "My 600 lb. Life" are going to be different by a couple of orders of magnitude.

My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
