You can put this solution on YOUR website! I'm not 100% familiar with chem, but I think you just divide the mass (25 g) by the volume (500 ml) to get
The 25 grams of salt in the 500 ml. total volume is not too concentrated, so you can probably ignore density. For m/v, meaning "MASS PER VOLUME", the concentration is , or %, as mass per volume.
5% LiCl.
Just be aware that this concentration may be significant enough to require accounting for density. Consult a handbook for that.
