You are given a Latitude or Longitude in decimal degrees, and you want to convert that to the degrees, minutes, seconds format.
.6730
To convert, multiply the decimal part by 60:
.6730%2A60=40.38
The whole number part of this is the "minutes." So your answer is
highlight%2840%29
