FIRST LOOK FOR COMMON ELEMENTS: HERE WE HAVE THE FACTOR 2 & X,
8X^3-2X SO WE FACTOR OUT THESE TWO TERMS THUS:
2X(4X^2-1) NOW FACTOR THE 2 SQUARED TERMS SEPARATED BY A MINUS SIGN (4X^2) & 1
2X(2X+1)(2X-1)
