Question 888349: Hello - I am doing a regression model in Excel for class but need a little help. One of the questions I am being asked is "What is the actual confidence level for the regression model as a whole?" I created the model using a 95% confidence level with Excel's Data Analysis Regression tool for 1 y value (dependent) and 3 x values (independent). How do I calculate the "actual" confidence level from the data (which includes standard error, multiple R, R squared, ANOVA values, etc...)? I just need to know which numbers to run and how. I know how to do intervals, but this question seems to be looking for something else which is confusing me :( Thank you for any help you can offer!
