Factor all numerators and denominators:
Wow! On many of these type problems, several factors in numerators
cancel with factors in denominators. But not this one! Only one of
the (x+7)'s in the bottom of the first fraction cancels with the
(x+7) in the top of the second fraction, and that's all the cancelling
possible!
And we end up with:
Finally we make one fraction by indicating the multiplication
of numerators and denominators:
