Those are two binomials and they have no factor in common other than 1. Your goal is to find Lowest Common Multiple. Since neither binomial is a factor of the other, the LCM would simply be %285x%2B3%29%28x%2B9%29;
and you can perform the multiplication if you want.....

5x%5E2%2B17x%2B27.
