sqrt%2817x-4%29=-63%2F%28-7%29

sqrt%2817x-4%29=9

%28sqrt%2817x-4%29%29%5E2=9%5E2 Square both sides

17x-4=81

17x=81%2B4

17x=85

x=85%2F17

x=5
