Solve: x+3 = 0
x = -3

If x = -3, y = 0+2 = 2

Plot the point (-3,2)
Draw a V upward from that point.

x%3C-3 means y=-%28x%2B3%29%2B2=-x-1;
x%3E=-3 means y=x%2B3%2B2=x%2B5.

An angle occurs at x=-3.
