You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The perimeter of a rectangular field is 358 yards. If the width of the field is 83 yards, what is its length?
.
Since perimeter is
2(W+L)
And, they give us the width and perimeter we get:
2(83+L) = 358
(83+L) = 179
L = 179-83
L = 96 yards (length)
