number of boys are = 60% of 8000= 8000x.6 = 4800
girls will be =8000-4800=3200
80% boys passed fail boys are 20%
fail boys are 20% of 4800= .2x4800= 960
90% girls are passed 10 % failed
failed girls are = 10% of 3200 =.1x3200 = 320
number of candidate failed are (boys +girls ) =960 +320 =1280
total failed candidate are = 12080
