You need +y+ on one side
and +x+ on the other side
( spacing does not matter )
+-x+-+4y+%3E+3+
Add +4y+ to both sides
+-x+%3E4y+%2B+3+
Now subtract +3+ from both sides
+-x+-+3+%3E+4y+
Divide both sides by +4+
+-%281%2F4%29%2Ax+-+3%2F4+%3Ey+
Now just read the equation from right to
left. This doesn't change anything.
