You can put this solution on YOUR website!
D = .15S
R = 3D
Therefore, R = .45S
L = .75S
D + R + L + S = 141
Substitute the known values into the bottom equation.
D + R + L + S = 141
(.15S) + (.45S) + (.75S) + S = 141
Add
2.35S = 141
Divide each side by 2.35
S = 60
.
If Sara is 60, then Daniel is 15% of 60, or 9
Rachel is 3 times as old as Daniel, or 27
Luke is 75% of Sara's age, or 45
Add them together to prove:
60+9+27+45 = 141
Success!

===========
Equations:
D = (3/20)S
L = (3/4)S
R = 3D = (9/20)S
-----
R + L + D + S = 141
------
Substitute and solve for "S"
(9/20)S + (3/4)S + (3/20)S + S = 141
-----
multiply thru by 20 to get;
9S + 15S + 3S + 20S = 2820
47S = 2820
S = 60 years
----
Solve for R::
R = (9/20)S = (9/20)60 = 27 years

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Sari=x
Daniel=0.15x
Luke=0.75x
Rachel=3(0.15x)
----------------
x+0.15x+0.75x+3(0.15x)=141
2.35x=141
x=141/2.35
x=60 Sari
0.15x=9 Daniel
0.75x=45 Luke
3(0.15x)=27 Rachel
