anything less than that will be 5 digits.
take 100,000 and divide it by 70 and you will get:
1428.5714290
that is not a multiple of 70, but 1428 is and 1429 is also.
if you take 70 and multiply it by 1428 you will get 99960 which is a 5 digit number.
if you take 70 and multiply it by 1429 you will get 100030 which is a 6 digit number.
it appears that the smallest 6 digit number that is divisible by 70 would be 100030.
