In this case, you need to dig deeper and not just use the average.
Look at the standard deviation.
For Afridi, it's 39.2 while for Razzaq, it's 6.32 which means Razzaq is a more consistent performer while Afridi is much more sporadic.
I'd choose Razzaq.
