(2) 3x^2 - 11x -20 >= 0
Now factor the left side and get
(3) (3x + 4)*(x - 5) >= 0
The given equation is a parabola that opens upward and crosses the x-axis at x = -4/3 and x = 5.
Therefore to satisfy the inequality of (3) the solution is
(4) x <= -4/3 and x >= 5
