You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Put four blanks for the digits:
_ _ _ _

>>..the value of the digit in my tens place is 70..<<
So the tens digit is 7 because 7 times 10 is 70

_ _ 7 _

>>..the sum of the digit in my tens and ones places is 16..<<
Since the tens digit is 7 we have to add 16-7 or 9 to 7 to get 16,
so the digit in the ones place is 9

_ _ 7 9

>>..the value of the digit in my thousand place is the square of 2..<<
The square of 2 is 22 = 2×2 = 4. So we put 4 in the
thousands place:

4 _ 7 9

>>..the digit in my hundred place is 2 more than the digit in my thousand place..<<
So we add 2 to the 4 and get 6 for the hundreds digit:

4 6 7 9
