The question is:
transform 29x+4y=11 to make 'y' the subject with a coefficient of 1.

Do you mean solve for y?

29x%2B4y=11
29x%2B4y-29x=11-29x
4y=11-29x
4y%2F4=%2811-29x%29%2F4
y=%2811-29x%29%2F4, done.
