54% for 80% of the course gives (54(0.8))=43.2 out of 80.
30/74 for 20% of the course gives (30/74)(20/100)=8.1 out of 20.
Totaling 51.3 out of 100.
Not sure what the cutoff is for passing.
Typically, 60-64 is usually a failing grade.
