In a parallelogram, opposite angles are congruent (same measure), and adjacent angles are supplementary (measures add up to 180%5Eo ),
so if one angle measures 40%5Eo ,
another angle will also measure 40%5Eo ,
and the measure of each of the other two angles will be
180%5Eo-40%5Eo=140%5Eo .
