You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The lowest common denominator would be 72. Multiply left and right members by 72 and you would clear the denominators. From there, simplify as usual. Know that if you multiply or divide by a negative number, then this reverses the inequality order direction.

Compare denominators:
8=2*2*2;
3=3;
9=3*3;
4=2*2;
Greatest common multiple is 2%5E3%2A3%5E2=8%2A9=72.
