You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The 20 mph headwind slows the plane down. This is because the headwind comes at the head of the plane and goes in the opposite direction of the plane.

So the plane's actual speed (with the wind included) is 550-20 = 530 mph.

D = r*t

1802 = 530*t

1802/530 = t

3.4 = t

t = 3.4

It takes 3.4 hours

3.4 hrs = 3 hrs + 0.4 hrs = 3 hrs + (0.4)*60 minutes = 3 hrs + 24 minutes

3.4 hrs = 3 hrs + 24 minutes

3.4 hrs = 3*60 minutes + 24 minutes

3.4 hrs = 180 minutes + 24 minutes

3.4 hrs = 204 minutes

-------------------------------------------------------

It takes 3.4 hours
which is equivalent to 3 hours, 24 minutes
that is equivalent to 204 minutes
