Since it's a right triangle, use the Pythagorean theorem,
x%5E2%2B%28x%2B1%29%5E2=%28x%2B2%29%5E2
x%5E2%2Bx%5E2%2B2x%2B1=x%5E2%2B4x%2B4
x%5E2-2x-3=0
%28x-3%29%28x%2B1%29=0
Two solution however since it was stated that x>0 only the positive solution works here.
x-3=0
x=3
So the triangle has sides 3,4,5.
