A bag contains 2 blue cap,4 red cap and 5 green cap what is the probability that it is either blue or yellow?

Since there are no yellow caps in the bag, to be "either blue or yellow" just means to be blue. 
The "or yellow" was thrown in to try to trip you up.

P(blue) = 2 blue caps out of 2+4+5 caps 

                  or 

2 blue caps out of 11 caps = 2%2F11
