Set of values that f(x) can be = RANGE.

That is half of a parabola, y%5E2=x%2B3 but specifically the lower branch. Note x%3E=-3 for DOMAIN. The vertex is at (-3,0), and because only the negative branch is f(x), the range is all values less than 0.
