5=3/5*0+b WHERE (b)= THE Y INTERCEPT.
b=5 SO WE HAVE THE EQUATION
Y=3X/5+5 OR IN THE AX+BY=C FORM WE HAVE:
3X/5-Y=-5 ANSWER.
