Not sure if you have provided the abscissa or the ordinate.
If it's the abscissa then it's the first value of the ordered pair with the second value being one less than the first value,
(1,0)
(2,1)
(3,2)
(4,3)
(5,4)
If it's the ordinate then it's the second value of the ordered pair with the first value being one greater than the second value,
(2,1)
(3,2)
(4,3)
(5,4)
(6,5)
