Knowing how order of operations work, you do not need to resort to PEMDAS; but no harm if you use it. The division between 28.8 and the 0.08 is more tightly formed than the other numbers which are connected using subtraction.

Operate from left to right. You do the 28.8%2F0.08 FIRST. Do each succeeding subtraction.
