THE SLOPE OF THE FIRST SET OF POINTS IS (10+2)/(-8-2) OR 12/-10 OR -6/5
THE SLOPE OF THE SECOND SET IS (5+1)/(-2+7) OR 6/5
THUS THESE LINES ARE NOT PARALLEL BECAUSE THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SLOPE VALUES.
