Let one of the angles be "x"; the other is "90-x".
EQUATION:
(1/2)x = (1/4)(90-x)+30
Multiply thru by 4 to get:
2x = (90-x) + 120
3x = 210
x = 70 (measure of one of the angles)
90-x = 20 ( measure of the other angle)
