we know by pythorgarus theorem that
(longestside)square = (shortside)square + (shortside)square
therefore shortside = √(longestside)^2 - (shortestside)^2)
= √(16^2 - 6^2)
=√216 - 36
=√180
factors of 180 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 30, 36, 45, 60, 90, 180.
so using 36 perfect square,
simplify √180 to get √36x5 = 6√5
read as 6 root 5.
