Assuming all five tests are weighted the same, there are a total of 500 points (5 * 100). So far, he has 88+97+94+93, or 372 points. In order to have a 95 average, he needs .95 * 500, or 475 points.

Sadly, Isaiah doesn't have a prayer of getting a 95 average ;-) He would need 475-372, or 103 points.
