y = (1/4)x+4, y = (1/4x)+4, or y=1/(4x+4) ????
If you mean the first one then
y+=+%281%2F4%29x%2B4
Substitute 4/x for y
4%2Fx+=+%281%2F4%29x%2B4
Multiply through by LCD = 4x
16+=+x%5E2+%2B16x
x%5E2%2B16x-16=0
