3y+15/y^7 / Y+ 5/Y^2= 3(Y+5)/Y^7 / Y+5/Y^2
= 3/Y^5


X^2-Y^2/4X+4Y / 3Y-3X/12X^2 = (x+y)(x-y)/4(x+y) / 3(y-x)/12x^2
= x-y/4 / y-x/4x^2
= -x^2
