You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) f(x)= x^2-5x-36
we are looking for values of x that make f(x) = 0, start by factoring f(x)
f(x) = (x-9)(x+4)
the zeros are x =9, -4
2) f(x) = -x^2 +6x+27
0 = -x^2 +6x+27
multiply both sides of = by -1
0 = x^2 -6x -27
0 = (x-9)(x+3)
the zeros are x = 9, -3
