You can put this solution on YOUR website! I just gave help for another one like this. If you could understand that solution, you should be able to handle this current division.
The process is nearly the same as ordinary long division; but you account for the decimal point placement at the beginning by putting the quotient decimal point directly above the decimal point of the dividend. Your dividend in the current problem is 38.00000000000000000..., unlimited number of zero digits after the decimal point, because 38 is a whole number.
