Rendering your equation exactly as written, 4%2Fx%2B3+=+10%2F+2x+-+1, the lowest common denominator is 2x. Multiply left and right members by 2x.

2x%284%2Fx%2B3%29+=+2x%2810%2F+2x+-+1%29
8%2B6x=10-2x
8x=2
x=4
