y = 2(x^2-5x+(5/2)^2) + 14 - 2*(5/2)^2
y = 2(x-(5/2))^2 + 14 - (25/2)
y = 2(x-(5/2))^2 + (3/2)
y-(3/2) = 2(x-(5/2))^2
