Question 874322: I have to find the area of a rectangle cut into a half so the hypotenuse/ diagonal of the rectangle is 28ft. And the degree of one side of the diagonal is 28 so I have to use trig to find the area and I know I start off with sin(28)= o/28 but I don't know whAt to do after that! You can put this solution on YOUR website! sin 28 = length / diagonal
=length/28
length = 28* sin 28
width = cos 28* 28
Area = L * w
= 28*sin28 * 28* cos28
Area = 324.98 cm^2
