This is called the AC Method of factoring.
Think of two numbers whose product is AC = -10*9 = -90
and whose sum is B = -9
The numbers are -15 and +6

Rewrite the problems with the sum replacing the 2nd term:
9x^2-15x+6x-10
----------
Factor the 1st two and the last two terms separately to get:
3x(3x-5)+2(3x-5)

=(3x-5)(3x+2)
