Vp = B * h/3
Vp = B * h/3 = Bh/3
let Vc be the volume of the cube
Vc = B*h
Therefore the volume of the right pyramid is 1/3 the volume of the cube
Vc = 9 * 3 = 27
length of a side for the cube is 3 inches
