There are 25 more ten new penny pieces than five new penny pieces implies :
T=F+25-----(1)
The value of the collection is $4.75 denotes :
0.05 F + 0.10 T = 4.75---(2)
Plugging in T=F+25 in equation (2)
0.05F + 0.1(F+25) = 4.75
0.05F + 0.1F + 2.5 = 4.75
0.15 F = 2.25
F=2.25/15
F=15
Plugging in F = 15 in equation (1)
