You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Same as 3%2Fp%2B2p%2F%28p%2B1%29=1%2Fp and lowest common denominator is p(p+1). Multiplying both members by this will clear the denominators.

That gives you 3%28p%2B1%29%2B2p%2Ap=p%2B1, a much simpler problem --- you can continue and finish.
